Welcome to Cascadia Planning and Development. We provide planning, development,
and construction services with a commitment to sensitive and sustainable solutions.

Jason Woycke is President and Founder of Cascadia Planning LLC. In 2011 he founded Cascadia Planning to fulfill his passion for the integration of the natural and built environments in a sensitive and sustainable manner. Jason has an extensive and unique understanding of the natural and built environments through his education, work experience, and travels.

Jason is currently working with Google on mapping Central and South America, an area familiar to him since living there in his teens. In 2011 he worked with the Cascade Land Conservancy to map and analyze suitable locations for development in King County by using LEED for Neighborhood Development criteria as a guide. The award winning project is featured in the August 2011 issue of the American Planning Association's Washington Chapter newsletter, on Brendon Slotterback's Net Density blog, and the U.S. Green Building Council's Neighborhood Development Update newsletter (May 2012).

Jason also has 15 years of experience working in the construction industry and holds a Masters in Urban Planning, a Bachelor of Science in Geology and Geophysics, and a Certificate in Construction Management. He is passionate about sensitive and sustainable development—from site selection, analysis, and planning to building green.
